Hi I'm April. I'm a mother, entrepreneur and yummy treat maker. I love classic jazz. I love fine chocolate. Good food is a must! Motherhood is my greatest thing in life. It is a honor. It is joy. I would have life no other way. I am a huge Disney fan from the movies to the parks and everything! I am also the founder and editor-in-chief of Simply the Sweet Life Magazine.

About My Family

We have 4 members of our family, twin (boy & girl) 16 year olds and a 14 year old (boy) and mom (me). We LOVE Disneyland. We hope to visit Aulani Disney Hawaii Resort soon.

My Favorite Disney Parks Memory

Favorite memory is riding Big Thunder Mountain during the fireworks. It was dreamy. I also love that Walt Disney World and I are both the same age. I was born 1 month and 3 days before it opened. I was able visit and collect some great items included a limited addition 1971 pin.

My Favorite Disney Parks Attraction

I have a lot of favorites. The classics like Dumbo and The Mad Tea Party as well as Soarin' Over California and Big Thunder Mountain and many more!

My Favorite Disney Parks Resort Hotel

We love love love The Grand Californian. We love that we walk right into the park, the beautiful pools, the amazing fireplace and everything about it.
